Since more than a month I try to get a withdraw from joylandcasino.com. They use the best-known stalling tactics: Not answering e-mails, demanding ID-documents, which receipt they never confirm (or in my case only after several, really bothering inquiries), now keep on telling me, that my withdraw was already sent out by mail, but I never got it etc. Etc.
