My Girlfriend ordered an anime dvd boxset called BERSERK which was going to be 64.95. We payed with paypal naturally because it was the easiest method available. Later that day we got the email that paypal sends us to confirm a payment, but we found it strange since we did not get an email from bargain anime itself confirming the purchase of the dvd box set.
We let it go due to the fact that on their website they have a up to 48 hour confirm policy and we figured it might take a day or two. But we never recieved an email. Nothing. So I try to email them later one telling them my situation and asking them for a tracking number which they promised to give and never emailed me back.
They do state on their website that they aren't responsible for lost packages and such. That I understand, but it's different to not be responsible for lost packages then it is to not be responsible at all. First off, we were never given a purchase confirmation email.
Second, we were never given a tracking number, and finally we were never emailed back. All of this are things that they PROMISED! If someone has also been ripped by them please let me know. It was suppose to be a 1 year gift and it really crushed her that I never recieved it.
