I have ordered three oxygen sensors from them. I only received two of them. I emailed them last Friday and spoke with Cindy (I believe so). She told me they shipped it from another location and promised she will email me the tracking number to me. But I am still got nothing, no email or package today. I would prefer they give me the tracking number ASAP if they really shipped it. The missing one is SN4-126.
Update: I emailed them three times thorugh paypal, still no reply. I will let paypal contact them last time before I file credit card charge back. I hope they see this report.
