Same story as everyone else! I was married on Sept 23. Since then I have received a few pre-recorded voicemails telling me the company was short staffed and I should get my video soon. None of my attempts at contact have been answered. Still no video!
Our local news station wtae just did an investigation as well to no availe. I feel like my day has been ruined, I am so upset over this.
If anyone knows any info or has a similar story, I would really like to file a class action law suit! Let's get together and run these people out of business!!
