They describe their company as a positive atmosphere and believers in the word? They call themselves Christian. They present bible related plays. But are they all what they say? No. They mistreat their employees, not caring about their employees, fellow christians circumstances.
Denied employees their right to collect Unemployment. Treated ex-employees like they have the plague. An employee literally begged to keep their position at Sight and Sound, but a certain new supervisor and human resources manager, or one would say Satan is Sheeps Wool Clothing, denied that wish, after listening to that person's hardship, that this may have put the person out on the street, no place to live, this had no baring on the situation.
This company certainly needs to learn the meaning of Christianity and standing behind their employees. So in short this company is not what they say they are. And if you are looking for your spirit to be broken then this company would do exactly that for you as an employee.
