Entertainment Rewards, Ticketmaster
Unauthorized credit card charge and unhelpful American Express

I was charged on my credit card without authorization. American Express was not very helpful either. I finally made some progress when I came across this site.

I thought Ticketmaster was legitimate. It looks like they are a bunch of crooks.
