Ok... I actually got a call from someone representing Headliner Tickets today. He was like..."I have some bad news..." and before he could go any futher, I pretty much told him I was aware of the company going out of business and that I had already purchased new tickets. He said that he was there to help secure new tickets and ensure that I would be getting a refund. Luckily, my bank had called earlier that morning and told me that the refund was on its way. File a billing dispute with your credit card company, folks! I also mentioned that I filed a compaint with the BBB of Las Vegas and I even mentioned usacomplaints.com and all the other folks going through the same thing. I hope everyone else will be getting these calls and their refunds as well.
