This guy is at it again. Not only has be broken contracts stating that he would owe me over $100k paid in full over two years ago. But he is reponsible for $15,000 in missing equipment, all sorts of bad marks against my credit report, and tons of other little things that he owes me money for.
THE BIG HIT is that a few months ago, he contacted my domain registrar and told them that he was me. He faxed in all sorts of ID's and paper work that they requested to prove that he was me, so that he could STEAL every single one of the domain names that i own - including all of the ones that I managed for my clients, who had nothing to do with him.
I also witnessed him lie to people in front of me about what was going on. He has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars in sponsorship money that mysteriously disappeared - I'm sure he has a hidden bank account somewhere in someone elses name (he mentioned that he kept everything in his wife's name, but an asset search showed that this was a lie)
I recently spoke with the FBI, and they are investigating him on behalf of a large number of people who have complaints against him.
