I paid for this and now I can't use it. Ripoff

What a dumb a* I am. I got a phone call back in October of from a woman saying that because of my responsible financial history I earned a 1600.00 travel voucher.

I got this voucher in the mail, because I knew I wouldn't be able to travel anytime soon... And I told her this, she tells me "That's ok, you have 18 months to use it". My husband and I decided we are finally going to take a vacation, and I call the 800 number, they give me another 800 number and mysteriously, they can't find me and I get disconnected.

I want my money back... It was 4 payments of 65.00. What a rip off, I hope they get what they deserve 2 fold.
