I agree with the other report I read about this out-of-control company. We ordered 5 tickets to see Weezer. We were not informed of any extra fee. When I got my tickets over a week later, the invoice showed an additional $31.00 "convenience" fee charged to my credit card. Why aren't they obligated to inform customers of this? Who is watching these people? Never again will I order from them. Never!
