Our account with Pogo was set up and paid for before Verizon.net was purchased by Frontier.com. I didn't get to change our email address before they charged me for another year. We didn't want to continue with Pogo, and I have been trying since June to solve this problem. The problem is we can't get into this account and change our email address because we can't remember the password. When we request the forgotten password, they send it to our old account at Verizon. Verizon bounces it back to them & apparently they don't monitor this. I have tried every which way but loose to get a hold of an actual person, this is IMPOSSIBLE. All I want is to update our information with Pogo so that we are all on the same page. If anyone can help, I would greately appreciate it.
