Over the last week, I've spent 3 hours trying to resolve issues with Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2. I ended up speaking to 6 or 7 different representatives.
One complaint I'd have would be the hold time %u2014 I spent 40 minutes to an hour on hold overall. (At least the hold music is unique for 30 minutes.)
My experience was decent with all of them, and exemplary concerning the last representative, Christopher. He was a Game Advisor, and I got him both times I called in to the service. He was tremendously helpful, polite, friendly, and efficient.
Overall impression: 3 hours of assistance later, I am still very satisfied as a customer. That says something. High commendations should be given to the Game Advisors, and the highest to Chris!:)
