I recently received an offer to rejoin Gamefly at a discount after having my account canceled a couple of years ago due to a shipping dispute. After renewing my account and selecting my games, I later received an email saying my account has been canceled and to contact customer support.
After doing so I was able to get the subscription refunded and informed that due to the shipping issue (a game got lost in the mail) I could never rejoin. They then told me that to restart, I had to send back the game (I never received).
