I tried to order Spring Training Baseball tickets for a certain date and they got the date wrong in the order. I requested assistance to resolve the issue and they are unwilling to provide any requested assistance They have not acknowldged they they improperly processed the order and merely suggest that they can keep my money they obtained improperly. Their customer service is quite poor and they were unwilling to consider my warranty claim up to this point in time I cannot recomend placing any orders through this web site.
