I downloaded the PC version of Civilization 4 (Great game btw) The install worked, no problem there. However, later I wanted the expansion for the game. Well, seems Gamefly doesn't have it. A bit sad, but not a huge problem, I'll just buy it somewhere else right? Well, I checked with costumer support and they said this:
"The GameFly version of the base Civilization IV game is likely incompatible with other versions of the expansions, retail CD and digital download alike. I apologize for not providing this information previously."
It also took me 3 questions to get this answer.
All in all, this feels like I've lost the money I spent on the product, since I will now have to buy it again, to also buy the expansion.
