Me and my boyfriend go to blockbuster almost every week. And everytime we do 1 out of every 3 DVDs we get are scratched beyond belief. So scratched that it wont even load in the DVD player. One particular day, we rented a movie took it home only to find out it was indeed very scratched, looked like someone took a key to it, so we took it back, and rented the same movie.
Took it home and again that one was scratched.By this time we are pretty muched pissed off so we took it back and told them again and they just looked at us like we were stupid when we asked them to show us the back of the DVD before we paid for it.
I understand DVDs are going to be scratched, but do you have to put if back on the shelf? And there are DVDs we get that there is no way it could have been scratched by accident, the whole entire backside of the DVD is full of scratches and chips.
We do enjoy blockbuster when we get DVDs that work. And we will continue going there but if we keep getting scratched DVDs everytime, we'll probably just end up buying them at bestbuy.
