Seller sends fake emails about selling basketball tickets through eBay. Takes advantage of young teens and convinces them that he has the tickets. He has a partner in London who also conducts the scam — name (if legitimate) is Kaliciak Tomasz — both use a combination of eBay, gmail and craigslist.
