Kristin of Living Social Customer Service was kind enough to credit my credit card purchase after I had no shows for appointments to perform painting services by Kelvin Nolen (or Calvin Nolen) on Nolen painting and decorating and insufficient help and followup to assist merchant to reissue vouchers with extended expiration dates. During the time of the living social deal, his web site went down, he did not follow through to reschedule painting appointments and did not reissue the vouchers with extended expiration dates. I was more than patient and have complained in reviews at contacthelp.com, thumbtack.com (thumbtack.com/pa/pittsburgh/interior-painting/painting-decorating), and will be issuing complaints also at BBB, usacomplaints.com, angieslist and pissed customer.
