After getting 3 calls from various brokers all providing various prices (4.5%, 4.25% & 4%). How might that occur? We actually have a mortgage with Wells and have reduced our main home with Wells Fargo also. Your present rate of interest 6.25%, the price that people want to get decreased to is 4% which we secured in at on May 1. Completing document after document and sendng faxes. Your credit history returned within the 800is, no credit debt, no auto loans anything looks great. Received phone end-of July the agent got fired which was managing our mortgage, got new broker. Today she required info once again, she assured all of US is great simply waiting on our Flooding insurance to become authorized. Today we're nearing the 90days that people are secured set for Aug. 1. Got another phone needed to improve my internal residence insurance to 75PERCENT of value of my house worth. Subsequently advised I'd to improve my flood insurance also. Yes this can be a residence at jersey-shore but is just a 3-system building.
