I In my frustration I called up and left it completely unacceptable phone message which I'm ashamed of and wholeheartedly apologize for. Sorry.
I ordered a part for a gas stove. The person who I spoke to was very polite. I was informed that the part existed and that they will order the part. I was informed that the part was "on the shelf" and will be shipped immediately. It has been 10 days now and when I go to the website it states that my order is pending.
The customer service personnel should clearly state when orders made that it could be a long time, very long time before the order is processed and sent. This is not the case. The only thing that happened quickly was the charge against my credit card.
