I settled 1,250.00$ to maneuver into what i 'believed' was a renovated and newly washed likely. Within the mckinley hill flats (that used to be always a college) i made a decision to search after dark not too clear halways and enterances since the likely i had been hiring appeared and have been newly decorated and rugs scrubbed, having a newer renovated decor. However i did so not know the one who filled the likely before me was plagued wth bed bugs! Usually, when utilizing properly trained pest-control, eliminating these horrible insects wouldnt have been difficult, however it is expensive... This slumlord made a decision to have his staff use overthecounter material to 'attempt' to rid the likely of the bed insects, he didnt also substitute the rug!!! I will have learned these sleep bugs since bob simmons didnt want to pay for 1200$ to complete the task right the first period, he now will be spending far more than 1200$, since i'm sueing him for anything i possess that's to be replaced and for hiring mean likely he and his team understood was unhealthy to reside in... There's also other tenants that believe they've the same problem or other animal problems, i'm not afraid of him and we all pay rent to reside in a home which should be safe for us and our kids, alternatively myself and my teenage boy are covered in what we now know are 'sleep bug attacks'!!! I'm outraged at this and that i am contacting the dpt. The headlines media and anyne otherwise which will hear because something needs to be done about the way this slumlord proceeds to getaway with this kind of neglect!
