I had just finished redoing my basement and needed carpet I called empire because I had used them in the past. The consultant Sallie Bunce came to my house to show me some options. She was great, on time, nice, and just GREAT! I scheduled the installation and I even was able to great it done earlier than originally planed. I called her and she moved everything. I recommend her if you are looking for great service!!
