Gary Ernest Melchiorre of Star Brand Construction Services (starbrandconstructionservices.com) Took over $50,000 of my money and did not complete the job. The quality of the work done was poor. He left my handicapped brother with special needs without a functioning restroom to meet his needs. Numerous times I asked Gary Melchiorre to put things in writing and he never did. I would never recommend his company or services to ANYONE!!!
He came off as a charming and caring person and left me with debt and a torn up home. He took my money and left me with my whole house in shambles. I experienced his greed and disregard for any professional business practices. It is sickening to know this type of business is in existence.
Yes there are two sides to every story, but think to yourself, what reputable business would have trouble putting things in writing especially when the customer has requested it over and over again and again.
Gary Ernest Melchiorre of Star Brand Construction in my opinion is not a person or company I would ever suggest anyone on earth to ever use him or his services.
Do your homework and don't end up like me. Run background checks and get everything in writing before doing business with anyone. There are too many people who are willing to take advantage of you. My hope is that Gary E. Melchiorre of Star Brand Construction Services never has the opportunity to put anyone else through the living Hell he has caused for me and my family.
