I bought this insurance through HWA at period of purchase of my home 10 weeks before. Eight months I submitted a state for my stove which abruptly ceased workng. Eight months and two suppliers later, the stove continues to be not fixed. They've delivered inexperienced suppliers out, with the exclusion of "John", they utilize a few of the stupidest people in the world as "customer support" reps. Christmas is significantly less than fourteen days away with no stove fix is insight. To date it's been horrible annoying which "insurance" is a fraud and waste of cash.
