Scott McDuffie came over to measure and work with me on a quote for a floor in my bedroom. As soon as he knew he was running late he immediately called me to let me know he may be a few minutes late and to confirm I wanted to keep the appointment. He was only a couple of minutes but it was great that he called to let me know.
He worked with me to ensure that I got the floor I wanted at a reasonable price. He was very polite and friendly. His reaching out to let me know he would be a few minutes late was great customer service which you dont' see much of today.
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience working with him.
