Appraiser arrived and went, and his statement called my home at over $100k significantly less than the cheapest end-of the Zestimate on Zillow. I reside in Napa, Florida, in a good, middle class community. Our across-the-road friend, whose home is 50% smaller than mine, arrived in at 75k greater than my evaluation. I smell a rat. Capwest certainly got a slice of the evaluation charge, all to get a 20-minute phonecall. Watch out for the intro rate. I actually donot think they actually meant to undergo using the mortgage.
