What appraiser could not benefit this house properly? It is within the clinic region, surrounded by additional physician's houses and was worth a lot more compared to refi mortgage. Seth appeared so troubled the mortgage did not shut. He assured he'd contact me and follow-up seeking a brand new evaluation. Haven't seen from him again. Which was nearly this past year. It generally does not matter what they let you know, after they get your cash... instantly there is a difficulty along with your evaluation.
