We hired a flat in the Merrittsis, safety deposit of 100 occured for almost any problems, simply delivered from holiday 5 nights before which day the safety deposit was removed from my bank acct without notice in the homeowners, the reason behind getting my safety deposit: extreme dust about the blankets and towels!!! I had been informed that it appeared as if feces about the towels, truly??? I believe among the towels was used-to cleanup a leak from my two yr-old. The linen had coffee built onto it, a simple move to make. I had been never informed when the towels or blankets were discovered to become dirtier than regular that my safety deposit could be kept. I also obtained a contact in the homeowners the Merritts that further cost could be anticipated when the drycleaners couldnt the coffee spot from the sheets and he or she needed to buy fresh blankets. Im unsure what type of blankets she employs but to maintain my 100 deposit for that is impossible. If she's this fussy about her sheets then she must express it in her agreement, and possibly request that no kids may remain in her residence. Never hire from these folks, I'm attempting to allow everybody understand how we were handled over filthy towels and blankets.
