My initial experience with Fidelity was fine, however in time I noticed that I was unable to find my home on the mls. When I asked questions eventually they discovered that they had put it on an mls 7 hours away from my home. They promised to fix it, I thought they did. Later I found out that their access to the mls my home should be listed on had been revoked and I had not been notified. The president of the company responded to my emails, explained what happened and offered to refund my money prorated from when it was not on my mls anymore. That was over 2 months ago and after 7 emails I still have not received a check or a reply.
