I was sold a system that I did not want. My name is Julia Moore and I purchased a system in November. My sales person was Brandon. I wanted a system that verbally identified the zones, a laser down stair so I could hear any intruders and a medical alert device. I was told by brandon that I could not have this type of system. The laser was placed on my garage door upstair and the he stated he new nothing about the medical alert. I have tried several times to try to resolved this with Brandon but he has been very berating and disrespctful. He has refused to listen to me or my daughters.

On today my daughter and I called your customer service to once again to try to resolve this issue. After being on hold for 24 minutes, the supervisor was very rude and stated that the devices was available but I stated to Brandon that I didn't want it. This was untrue. Then he stated in that if I want to change it out I have to pay $199 more to have it. Then he stated that If Brandon would have sold me the it would have cost me alot of money to change out the system. I understand but this is a decision I should have been allowed to make.

I am really disappointed by me and my family have recieved since the installation of this sytem. The disrespect and your customer service manager yelling that its too late to change the system and hanging up the phone was just unprofessional. I am very frustrated and want to this resolved asap. I look forward to a favorable response.
