Vicky Timid, Timid Rental is undoubtedly a tenants worst problem. She doesn't react to calls. She ignores work-order demands. She believes she's exceptional in most method over any tenant and we spend $1500 per month to become overlooked. Whenever we ultimately switched her directly into our cities Community Safety Panel we got a notice that states she'll not be reviving our lease...
