I've a on the house with fannine mae via a REDC. The market business approached me after I approached them to inform me 6 times before shutting the home was offered in dekalb county in a tax sales. Dekalb stated the fees are paid up and it has not been offered in a tax sales. The worker within the duty revenue department of dekalb county stated it doenot create since since she'd understand if it had been in love with the court steps. The worker at dekalb county explained to requested the woman at REDC for that files of the tax sales. I requested the woman within the final department at REDC to forward me the e-mail from fannie mae declaring they offered the home in a tax purchase since she often forward me data but she stated she cannot since itis on her office only. She need me to signal a doc to stop agreement to obtain my serious money back. Somebody at fannie mae informed me the paperwork is able to proceed as in whether it's all set for me to near but I have to keep in touch with somebody of greater at fannie mae that may inform me much more they moved me. Somebody of greater was confuse and stated they mightnot tell me something to keep in touch with REDC since it appears as though the home was offered to somebody or they perhaps taking another present. I have had a poor experience about that since I discovered they transformed the explanation of the home from the 2 sleep 2 tub to 4 sleep 3 tub and didn't alter the standing to "under agreement" on realtor.com. On fannie mae site "homepath.com" it is displaying "under agreement". Additionally they stop conversation with me, I'd need to contact their workplace for improvements that we just approached twice that was on 2/10 the final mail I acquired from their workplace was 2/17 and so I approached their workplace today for final on 3/17. I have been under contract since 01. If which wasnot enough I visited the home as well as their were fresh files within the screen. The garden was in the centre of the gardening cleaning, bushes were trimmed etc... If their is somebody that will help me, please recommend me how to proceed at this time.
