I shop at lowes at central park in fredericksburg virginia all the time. I was really disappointed on my last visit with getting someone to help me. I passed a employee by the name of norm and he was on his cell phone. He didn't acknowledge me at all. I said excuse me and its was i didn't exist. I was walking to leave the store and a blonde employee, didn't catch her name but i did see store manager on her tag. She asked me if she could help me, she brought me to the right place and even gave me some suggestions. Lowes need more people like her and not ones that cant acknowledge you. I was so mad on how I was treated with the other employee. Really need to talk to him, wow, really changes people thoughts if they are all treated like that.
