Your 17-year old child shifted to Vegas to go to culinary college in August. The housing which was supplied was through Collegiate Property. We were guaranteed there could be fall in appointments to be certain guidelines were being followed. There have been appointments occasionally, however they weren't unannounced. There is pot smoking happening within the apt., drinking, and smoking about the porch. While our child chose to drop-out, partly because of the issues within the apt., collegiate property required our down deposit, wouldn't credit us for that 50% of month which was not utilized, and charged people for extra 8 weeks to end the rent. We don't experience they offered us the merchandise they suggested we'd get.
