Terribly handled. Poor repairs triggered tube to rush and flooding entire house. "Crisis" preservation required one hour to turn off ton. Entire location and all my home in shambles, infected with filthy water plus they declined to assist. Despite the fact that condo was uninhabitable, they charged me after I witheld 1/2 weeks lease. Additionally they operate a plan of "submetering" tenants with "power" costs that not reflect actual useage. I'm thinking about suing them-and pleasant others to participate me.
