We have experienced flooding from our roof, bathrooms because of sewage problems, ceiling and etc. Needed to be displaced and stated they'd recognize an addendum when restoration arrived about but did not maintain their term since from the period restoration arrived around administration changes-so everybody we were coping with no further worked for that organization and practically nothing was recorded on our document. They've piss-poor customer support with no thought due to their tenants. Bad preservation of the flats also it was apparent that there is comprehensive history investigations of the workers ie: the preservation males since some those that were on-call/crisis used-to arrived at my house reeking of booze and was excessively rude and uncomfortable. They're liars and criminals. They will have added on overdue charges and rapidly submitted court documents placing people in risk to get rid of their houses without any thought of those difficult financial situations. They are virtually slandering our title by which makes it appear that within the 3yrs we have lived there we never settled our lease promptly and that is not the case. They will have lied and stated we did not provide correct notice to leave the condo and trumped-up costs for another weeks lease whenever we were out prior to the 1st of the month. They will have also attempted to cost people nearly $3000 for that breaking of our rent when they informed us that people would not be billed and also the lease would be prorated on the basis of the quantity of times we stayed within the device. They will have composed a myriad of deceptive problems towards the condo and devices to maintain our safety deposit. We simply obtained another intimidating notice from their store declaring that people still owe $777 no clarification in regards to what this cost is for or something. They declare they truly are permitted to cost us something whenever you do not finish the word of one's rent. What type of BS is the fact that? I'd not suggest this home to anybody. I've previously spread the term for no body to actually hire any factor from any complex underneath the administration of Morgan Qualities.
