Ocwen has completely screwed us over... Our loan was transferred in may and our first payment was in june. Our loan went from taylor bean and whititaker to cenlar to ocwen within 3 years. Ocwen is saying we are 4 months behind which is a lie... I got proof. When we was with cenlar our account was up to date. Since ocwen took over its been a nightmare. I have so much to say about this company i have contacted our local tv station and will be doing an interview to let others know you are not alone is this mortgage fraud. I also found out they have been and are still being sued. I am currently look for homeowners with the same problems (payments not being posted on time, deniied modification, not given any other option to rectifiy the issue, not being able to talk to a real person or have it take days/weeks for a return call) i recently had to take $ out of our retirement to give to them as they said "u must pay" "wire us the money" or we take ur home and put u on the streets. Dont ever wire them money. Overnight it to get a receipt and confirmation like we did to take to court to prove our case... If any one of u would like to contact me please do.
