A great shopping experience. They emailed me updates along the way (when they got my order, when they knew it was in stock & submitted, and a tracking number when it shipped!) They even emailed me an experience questionnaire after i received the item! They stand behind their item and services. It was refreshing to actually know what was going on with my order!
