However, whenever we shifted out - after altering every burned-out lamp, washing every screen, spending an expert organization $200 to clear the home, spending another $100 to wash 2 areas of flooring - the corporation permitted the homeowners to keep one more $350 "cleanup charge" from our deposit! That has heard of spending $650 to wash a home?! That's ridiculous
