Please tell me how a company turns its back on loyal customers that spend thousands of dollars. When you sell a product that has problems and you refuse any responsibility or blame (choice deck) and then tell your customers to deal with the manufacturer its their problem not yours. How or why should you be allowed to stay in business. You should be held accountable. You have lost me and anyone that will listen forever.
