I am EXCESSIVELY concerned since I-donot would like to get "Scammed" in again.

Actually it was section of our Velas Vallata (Mexico time share) purchase, resale/rental plan. Our issue is that this: Why, easilyam the "vendor" am I necessary to spend $995.00 for exchange documents-name search-ect.
BELIEVE ME, I do want to market my time share but I actually donot would like to get drawn-in again. I keep reading I ought to never spend an "UP FRONT" charge to market it.
