After studying numerous and troubling online grievances regarding Wells Fargo dba Americais Providing Organization, I chose to post a THANKS instead. First, I'd prefer to provide the BEST because of LORD, Who makes everything possible. Next, I'd prefer to APPRECIATE the Traders who accepted my mortgage loan modification. Next, I'd prefer to APPRECIATE Mr. John Stumpf, Leader and President of Wells Fargo, who intervened on my account, and his Government Management Group. I'd also prefer to provide a LARGE THANKS to Ms. Tomlinson on her effort in obtaining my consideration fixed and updated in a reasonable fashion. Last, although not least, I'd prefer to appreciate all the workers at ASC who responded the various telephone calls, emails, FAXes, etc., through the mortgage loan modification procedure. After I described the internet grievances to Ms. Tomlinson, she stated that Wells Fargo does evaluate them. Having stated all that, my mortgage loan modification wasn't without issues. I had been informed by ASC that, since I have wasn't behind in my own mortgage repayments, used to do not need togo via a test-interval mortgage loan modification. I had been also informed that after ASC obtained my first cost, my mortgage loan modification consideration could be updated using the proper payment info, fresh rate of interest, fresh phrase, etc. However, that didn't occur. Alternatively, my mortgage repayments and escrow check were put in a suspense account where these were published in some places—my consideration didn't actually create any sense. After several telephone calls, emails, and FAXes, it became obvious that nobody would revise my bill. ASC was actually displaying my consideration to be 2 funds behind, which actually upset me. Used to do not document a using the AG or OCC. Nevertheless, I did so create a notice to Mr. John Stumpf, Leader and President of Wells Fargo. Mr. Stumpf quickly intervened and had his Government Management Group to employ Ms. Hannah Tomlinson to fix and revise my bill. Ms. Tomlinson did this in a reasonable fashion.
