In a nutshell... I delivered my cost through bill-pay when I also have. They stated they did not have it. 3 months later, over 10 calls to them, selection calls from them, popular on my credit and 2 faxes with evidence of cost, it is still not solved. Nowadays I eventually got a "stateside representative" who'd all of the info on my bill. Are you aware as possible usually request a "stateside consultant"? Used to donot until today. I've talked to folks from India towards the Philippines. I'm keeping out a bit of wish that it'll now be solved. Or even, I'll revise this website again.
