We purchased our first house in-May of the year, and were so grateful for that house warranty organization. Today, over $3000 later, it's demonstrated to be considered a large waste of cash. HSA Home Guarantee can pay for NOTHING! You can’t constitute the reasons we've been provided, plus they talk for themselves… for instance, our energy began flickering within the family room since water was leaking about the breaker, but HSA wouldn’t purchase it since the water originated from exterior, which makes it “an work of God, not regular use and tear.” Subsequently the breakers began causing and we were scared our home might get flame, therefore we named an urgent situation electrician, alone which was available right then. HSA wouldn’t purchase these repairs simply because they needed us to truly have a minute viewpoint prior to the electrician saved our home from getting fire. The support reps were often useful, but transformed their tales continuously, particularly when I noticed that one flat out lied. HSA must do everybody a benefit and obviously state on the literature they aren’t out to assist the client; they’re there to assist themselves to the difficult-earned cash.
