I NEVER get a call back about my loan request for loan modification. When I do call back, they state "you can not afford the it." Then, the ask "you are overdue on when you own X dollars - do you want go ahead and make a payment. Wait, they just said I would not afford it so why ask for a paymnet. They needed to say "sir you can qualify for a short sell and I walk you throught the process." But NO!
