We recently hired a clear, upscale house which was handled by Oaktree Property Management in Eagle Point, OR. Upon getting a home to buy for ourselves, we shifted from the rental and washed the house towards the degree where we joined the rental. Additionally, Oaktree retains a $350 cleanup charge that's not refundable, and certainly will not perform a walk-through along with you. We simply obtained our outstanding deposit, that was without the decided $350 and another $333 of additional fake charges. They've cut us down and that I absolutely suggest that tenants and property owners stay away from the corporation. I really hope that others do not get scammed by the corporation. Samuel Diggle
