If Christopher J. Cruz, MRA turns up at your doorway to complete an evaluation to get a re finance of one's house, don't allow him in and contact the mortgage business and NEED another appraiser.
This clown came and did an "evaluation" for my house and low-balled the total amount to 30% below-standard marketplace. I taken care of my very own evaluation and reduced and see it had been worth significantly more than this fool mentioned.
He compared my home to houses 10 miles away, in various subdivisions etc etc.
This moron is just a lackey of the banks of course if you're attempting to conserve money by re financing to some lower intrest then do not rely on this person to provide you with reasonable price for the house.
