On 8/11/09 at 7:54pm I named customer support to see them that I'd be spending my mortgage overdue, and may it's mentioned in my own report that I informed somebody. I talked with Lisa. I told Lisa that I understood that I'd till the 16th to pay for my mortgage, she sarcastically fixed me that my mortgage was due about the first, which the 16th was a grace period. I mentioned I am aware and continued to describe to her that I've been using their organization to get a lengthy period, and also the 12 years of spending money on my mortgage I had been never delayed. I continued to request her if this could replicate like a spot on my report. She did show me that so long as it had been not beyond thirty days over-due it'd not be documented towards the credit office. Lisa was really rushed, rude and never really thinking about what I had been requesting her, showing to not truly care. I replied that I am aware, but may this be considered a spot on my report to be overdue, I believed to her "so i'm ok?" Again, sarcastically Lisa replied "Properly if you genuinely believe that being late on the cost is okay then thats your decision. At this time I had been really frustrated at her tone and sarcasm, and that I replied "never mind... Farewell. It was really un required. I the client was requesting a problem regarding my great requirements using the organization. I've been a person to get a very long time, but this is actually the kind of factor which make great clients consider their business elseware. I hang-up from Lisa and named back instantly and talked having a guy called Ricardo, who been really type and helpfull. I described my expertise to Ricardo and he appologized for that poor encounter I'd undergone. I inquired if he'd examine to determine if Lisa had set the info for the reason that I'd required and he confirmed that it had been there and was really helpfull in addressing the issue that I'd offered to Lisa. Obveously customer support wasn't extremely important to Lisa. Though Ricardo managed the problem, I'm still really dissatisfied using the therapy I obtained from Lisa. Please address this criticism.
