05/13 I a signed agreement with Beth Moreo with Realty Industry for just two qualities and 1 repair week in July for rental in Mexico, that we exchanged with RCI and that I could not use. Beth explained she will have my week lease plus advertising to market my other two qualities. It mentioned about the agreement after 6mos if no present from Realty Industry they'll return my quantity of $2185.00. Nearer to July I didn’t notice any present rental for my repair week in July, and so I spend the fee charge with RCI reschedule for November 21. After 6mos neither telephone call or mail and so I published a contact seeking for my reimbursement.
On 11/14 I acquired a telephone call from Port Devon his justification was my qualities didn't reach ad section. And so I offered them yet another opportunity closed a brand new agreement. This time around I mentioned plainly that I've a repair week for 11/21, that we couldn't use which isn't my house home the day CAn't be transformed. Port Devon explained he may have that week for lease.
On 11/22 I obtained a contact asking about the residence rental of the repair week, that we can't change the day. I sent back again to Realty Industry this present rental didn’t dome worthwhile w/d I'd a repair week for 11/21 the request arrived in 11/22 that will be one (1) time overdue.
On 5/14 I delivered a professional notice to Realty Industry seeking for my reimbursement. On 5/21 I obtained a phone from Robert Thompson stating that I’m not qualify to possess reimbursement since there is an provided on 11/22 for rental (those that I can't change day). I described it was not my house home I traded with RCI and that I couldn't utilize it and so I wish to have it lease, additionally about the agreement it mentioned a repair week have to be hired. Waited... Waited no body contact. On 6/23 I named Realty Industry talked with Cassandra happy my situation again.
