THe ease of refinance for me was beyond description, I did absolutely nothing except send in my current financial info and was refinanced in less than 2 weeks... My only complaint was against the closing officer who was from a local contracted mortgage company... All in all I saved a huge amount of money, went from a 30 year with 27 years left on it to a 15 year @ $100 a month less. I am now 1 year ito this refi and happy as can be with everything...
